I had given a courier for delivery Tracking num - z28425308 I am ankit gupta a resident of indirapuram ghaziabad. With deep regret i want to bring into your notice that some franchise of your dtdc courier and cargo ltd are duping and Cheating customers.. It not only. Brings down the reputation of the company but also affects the credibility of the company and its people.. May it is a very small matter for you, but for a common people like us it feels very disheartening to see the behavior of the employees and franchise dealing in dtdc.. 1) there is a person named arun Running a dtdc franchise in indirapuram ghaziabad (Uttar pradesh) We had given him 3 couriers to deliver. We are regular customers and always use their services.. Now he lost one of the package and he hasn't given any response regarding where is our package.. We have been constantly trying to get our stuff back.. But i feel disappointed that being such a big and reputed brand like dtdc, no one is interested to find a solution for us.. I am sending you all the details.. You are the last hope.. It would be great if you could provide any sort of help and would also set an example that such things don't go out of hand.. My name is souvik majumder.. i send a percel through dtdc from memari to mohammad bazar, birbhum. But they are not send this percel proper destination.and they request to me pls return your percel. Why we are suffer their internal problem. My percel id K23199102.
