I had my parcel from hyderabad on 8-aug-2020 reached to mysore on 11-aug-2020 at 9.00 am. The lady in kuvempunagar said the fellow had taken it when i called at 11am & said it will reach by 12.30pm then again at 2.30pm then again at 4.30 pm then again at 7.30 pm. At 7.30 pm again i called then the person in sterling dtdc said that delivery person has not taken the courier.
The lady at kuvempunagar kept on telling lies, the fun is she called the delivery boy and she said he is in srirampura, but i am not sure with whom she actually spoke.
You can get your material till mysore safely & accurately but better to pick it up in mysore than calling them 10 times in a day to enquire where delivery boy is.
Dtdc better tell the truth than fooling around people. You will get a lot of customers in the end only if you tell the truth & and work hard to deliver than speaking lies.
