DTDC Courier & Cargo — i'm complaining about delay (15+ days) in delivery of courier. | |||
I had posted a courier containing rakhee on 7th august 2019 to poland, it hasn't reached the receiver till date (29th august 2019), i was told that it will reach the receiver within 5 days from the date of sending. I have been getting call saying the address of the receiver as wrong. Fedex has changed it from katowice to ozarowice. Is it mistake of sender? I'm not happy with the service provided by dtdc and fedex. I would like you to repay the amount that i have spent in sending the said courier. Was this information helpful? | |||
