DTDC Courier & Cargo — im complaining about my professional parcel

I parcel a order from delhi to jaunpur district, pincode is 233101 and my consignment number is z28277440. Im booking my parcel at date of 3/12/2019 but now till date 12/12/2019 not received.
If we call customer care he also not give proper support and disconnect the call. Why we pay more for these type of misbehaviour or illerate people's who you're hiring. Im totally disappointed

I had ordered from Amazon.in and the package arrived 2days back at the final station. but no attempts were made to deliver or contact me. And now the package is being returned. This is irresponsible service
