DTDC Courier & Cargo — Important document misplaced and not returned back.

Hi,

I am raising this compliant on DTDC courier service. They have agreed to deliver a document from me to another place. After taking the document and taking money they said they don't deliver to destination address. Now they didn't return my document and just telling lie they delivered it back to me. Customer care doesn't respond and when i raise ticket they close it saying they delivered.
