DTDC Courier & Cargo — incorrect pin code entered in the system

C82891292 is the docket number. The courier contains very important documents. While on the parcel and on the receipt, the pin code is correct but while tracking it, i came to know that the dtdc representative has entered a wrong destination pin code. I have been trying calling on the customer service numbers, but either the numbers are not functioning or there is no response from the other end. This is the height of carelessness.

Z98731490 is the docket number. The pincode on the parcel and the receipt is correct but when I tracked it online i came to know dtdc representative has entered a wrong destination pincode. The customer care service is very pathetic as I am unable to get my problem resolved. Please look into the matter and get the parcel delivered at the right destination pincode which is 440021.

My AWB number is B73213286... I entered a wrong pincode, it went to barrackpore, by mistake.
It was a prepaid online order...I correct pincode should be 732101, english bazar malda... Will it reach me??
