Dear Sir,
I am raising this complaint regarding DTDC courier service .
On 10Th-Nov-2018 i have booked courier service by DTDC where their executive came to my home and packed 55 inch TV in wooden pack than the packet has been carried to their office by them only . They have charged INR 8500.00 (which is included the wooden box cost) for this shipment to deliver it to ASSAM, Dist: Dhubri, P.o-Gauripur, pin 783331. On 17th-Nov-2018 it is reached to the nearest station of gauripur and the recipient has got a call to collect the same box from office, inspite of paid for the service to deliver the same to destination address they just called recipient to collect it from office. My brother had collected the same and reached to home, once the box is unpacked, it just found the screen is completely broken, This is kind of service delivered by dtdc where as a customer it is my huge loss and as i dtdc is completely responsible for the same so i am requesting you to help me to recover my complete loss.
I have raised a complaint with DTDC however there is no update till now.

Even the tv was boxed in wooden box it still broke because the courier service has not been handled it properly
