International parcel from the uk, arrived in india on 15th nov. Kyc papers my passport copy sent to kycsupport on 16th but no update has been received till date and no customer service numbers are being picked up in gurgaon. They either go unanswered or they are not picked up. I am also trying to call mr wasi who is the custom coordinator but his number is never answered either.
