DTDC Courier & Cargo — LAPTOP delivery Issue - D68395006

This is issue with the DTDC couirer service.

Hi Team,

I have couriered Client Laptop from Kadur DTDC center to Bangalore Accenture office on 14/12/2021 (PFA). In Feb 2022 I hear its been in Transit to Return, But till now I have not received the Laptop.
With multiple follow-up’s also I’m not getting any update on my Company Laptop. Please help to get this LAPTOP ASAP, I must return this LAPTOP to my organization on priority.

Attached the screen shot where we can see the LAPTOP has reached Chickmangalur office. Please help to get this LAPTOP.
