DTDC Courier & Cargo — Laptop was damaged when received

This is in reference with courier that was delivered from Lucknow to Bangalore. I booked the courier from DTDC Aashiyana branch on 03/11/2022 and it reached Bangalore on 07/11/2022. My laptop was delivered in damaged condition, the back of laptop is damaged cracked. I asked twice nothing should happen to laptop and it should be send with proper care, the company said its their daily thing.

I have called twice none one picking the call and and online still it shows in transit, status has been not be updated and i am not able to raise any complaint at their end. Please help as its office laptop and will cost me huge.

It was company laptop and now their are asking huge amount from my pocket. I want my refund for courier amount plus the damaged caused for laptop.
