DTDC Courier & Cargo — late delivery of documents despite promise and charging hefty charge

I had booked 2 documents from lucknow to ahmedabad on 16th march 2019. The reference numbers are v52603606 and v52603607.

As it was saturday, i was promised that the documents shall be delivered by tuesday i. E. 19th march 2019 on top priority.

I paid inr 330.00 per document. After tracking online, i could see that the documents reached ahmedabad on 18th march. Still they were delivered on 22nd march.

Money is not the issue. The issue is that they were very urgent official documents. I seek compensation for such delay.
