DTDC Courier & Cargo — loss of my courier and no follow up taken by dtdc team | |||
Hello there, I am parul, writing from ludhiana, punjab. A regular dtdc customer. It's regarding the loss of my parcel Consignment number : v50283510 Ludhiana to mumbai I got this couriered on the 20th december 2018 from ludhiana's dtdc office on fast courier basis, So that it could reach my customer by 22nd december, 2018 Unfortunately, my courier never got received to my customer till date who had to wear it on 23rd december For a reception function. She called and messaged me numerous times to know the status as online it was showing last updated On 20th dec. So, i called the dtdc office person (Deepak, who booked my courier) ph : [protected] operating from ludhiana and asked him about my status of the courier. He told me that some liquid fell off from somebody's load so the whole lot did not go from chandigarh airport. However, it was suppose to reach mumbai on saturday. He told me that on sunday, we can check about the status & let us know. On sunday, i tried to get in touch with so many persons in mumbai which deepak asked me to talk to, like krishna (Dtdc mumbai) ph [protected] Nobody picked up any calls. Next day morning i again called everybody. They said we are tracking, we are sending mails and ma'am we will get back to you in 10 mns, and to my surprise no body called me back ever. I gave almost 20 calls to these concerned persons but nobody understood my situation. He further gave me a person;s number, honey (Not sure about the name) : ph [protected] and he told me i am tracing it & later says ma'am we have not received the parcel here, it might be in chandigarh only. (So irresponsible) My clients there were in huge problem due to not receiving of their outfit. I hope you know how much time efforts and money is put In making one garment which now will not be taken by the customer or is not even coming back to me. I am in a huge loss. Deepak gave me north india dtdc's head number : jatin khunger ph [protected] He too said he's getting into the matter through mails but nobody has a clear picture where the parcel went. Next day i called him 17 times, he did not pick my call. And then later talked to me rudely initialy but when i talked to him in the same manner Then he listened to me. Still, nothing happened. They say we will give back your booking amount.??? Like seriously, do you think i am worried about my 700 inr? Or my lost customer and lost Outfit which cost me in more than thousands inr. He called me today morning and said i have forwarded your details to senior head etc. Later in the day when i again asked to confirm, He disconnected my phone twice and never called back to update. My customer shouted at me and we had to listen it to all that because we know they are not at fault, but neither are we, it;s your dtdc company Who is at great fault. So, i would want to know is that how dtdc operate?? Is this kind of customer services do you provide?? I really want you to get into this matter and investigate about my outfit as soon as possible. Otherwise i would need to take some serious actions for the negligency on behalf of each and everyone involved in this case. I have lost my valuable asset, my design, my hardwork, my client, my money just because of the mishandling from your team, whosoever is involved.
