Chinta sudhakar, dept of botany sri krishnadevaraya university, anantapuram 515003 india, and delivered empty cover without any papers inside opened parcel on[protected] at 1.30pm. There are important documents needed urgently. It caused all over delay and lost important papers that can not be reproduced. What is your answer for this.
