DTDC Courier & Cargo — mis route??? seriously :-o then y do v need to give address???

I already booked a parcel at 24th August.your company notified me that it was out for delivery from siliguri to gangtok yesterday already. But the parcel yet not delivered at me.please fix it fast. My tracking no is V39479796.

I booked an important courier from Bangalore to New Delhi on Friday, 8th December 2017. On Monday 11th December 2017, the status was showing ' Out for delivery'. It was not delivered at the end of the day.
Today the status is showing 'MIS route'. How can that be so when the address is a well know Govt building and details are clearly mentioned.
Shows that DTDC are lax in handling the couriers. Expected better service

This parcel with tracking id M66036407 was supposed to be delivered today and it contains some very important documents which should be delivered as early as possible. It’s already been 4 days. Now on tracking it’s showing undelivered and mis route. What does this mean. This package is really important and needs to be delivered in a day. Please do the needful

i am still wiating for my important package V47604550. it was sent by priority delivery but today status says MIS. Kindly resolve asap.

Consignment no : V59637126 is out for delivery and the delivery person has not even contacted me once. The online status is a mis route... and changed to in transit Seriously??? Then why do we provide dtdc with delivery address???
