DTDC Courier & Cargo — misbehave and failing to time bound delivery | |||
Dear sir I have booked a courier from varanasi to kharagpur under dtdc plus service. Booking agent mansi upadhyay told our representative it's for time bound delivery with in 24 hours, but unfortunately courier did not delivered yet. When my representative visited your mahmoor ganj, varanasi office to discuss branch manager he replied very rudlay that is not our responsibility. You may go to police for lodging fir.
