DTDC Courier & Cargo — Missing parcel

I ordered 2 parcel from lenskart through DTDC, and the expected delivery date was for the consignment no. V[protected] 29th may and V[protected] was 30th may, but still I didn't got any response from the local franchise partner after I call back to them they are not ready to deliver in my doorstep, after so many arguments they delivered only 1 parcel on 31st may(consignment no. V[protected]) when I asked about another parcel they also don't know they giving another channel partner number which is far away approx 20km from my address and they also not picking my call. Worst delivery service I have ever seen, I need my parcel which is most necessary for me.
