DTDC Courier & Cargo — missing product

On 4th of may i send my courier through dtdc marol (Military road branch) i handover my courier to mr. Sukhveer.

In your system information is showing that product is successfully delivered but the product didn't reached yet.

And in your system it is showing that product is delivered to noida (201301)

I am following mr sukhveer in marol (Military road) since last 17 days.

I asked him to give at least the report to whom dtdc handover my courier but he didn't give me any information regarding that.

Now he is saying that your dtdc product tracking system is showing wrong detail and the fact is that your product is lost.

I want to know who is the responsible person for these things.

I want the report that

(1) to whom you delivered the product

(2) i want my product or claim

If you people do not entertain this... I will go to police or else i will file a complain in the name of dtdc to consumer court
