DTDC Courier & Cargo — my courier has been sent wrong address. | |
Dear sir/mam, My name is rajveer singh my courier no. Z44091261. It has been sent wrong address through dtdc. I have did many times to call customer care but customer care didn't give any response. So please advise how to got my courier again. Very important document was inside this courier. So please sent my courier in my correct address otherwise i can do police complaint through dtdc. Two dtdc person refused to take my courier and stopped a lady who takes my courier envelope.when i asked the reason they said they have work load. When I requested them they shouted on me and used very bad words specially the courier boys. And most irritating and ridiculous thing is they pushed out me from the office.

Its waste to choose dtdc it ll take 3 to 4 days to come from mumbai to hyd when we had booked the docket u told us that it ll come in 2dys I am calling customer care means thy r telling that it ll come tomorrow load has cutoff do u knw watz the weight of my parcel its not even 250grms wat foolish answer is this plz I wnt immediately by 12
