Consignment no. - m77179342 My courier had to reach to gurgaon and by the dtdc error it has been sent to guwahati. It is such an important courier and they do not have any alternative to even speed post it now. Pathetic service When asked for solution they will just say that do not have any option available Horrible service providers even after being one of the largest service providers Was this information helpful? | |

Hii... I booked my parcel in surath on[protected]...i m not received my parcel till now... Tracking display is parcel is in return to surath.. Plz tell me reason..? Why it happened... Please solve my problem... and send my parcel...

Since from last 17 days continuous follow up for courier but no is responding.Complaint is registered to DTDC more 12 times.But no any single update and support.Now complaint is escalated to consumer court.i hope you will support to resolve this.Documents in courier are very very important.& cost of documents is 70000 rs.
