DTDC Courier & Cargo — neither contacted me and rto in transit

The courier service neither contacted the sender or receiver during delivery and directly put rto in transit without even asking the sender. Please resolve the issue

Please send the delivery to the receiver.
The address it should have reached is - manyata tech park, bangalore
But the shipment is processed to rto on 13th september without even being notified and if i have to resend the courier i have to pay again and this is the service by dtdc.

Didn't expect such casual reactions from a good courier service
