[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — No online update available after sending item 13 days. | |||
Hi, Its very annoyed thing happening with me. I was booked an item with dtdc courier from kolkata to same city location on 08/09/2016 but still today as on 21/09/2016 the dtdc web site saying the item "out for delivery". And I have send more than 10 call to local office and mail to customer service but no workaround on this. Basis on the website update I suffer delay my product replacement from the ebay online store.
