DTDC Courier & Cargo — no response. not lifting phones even though they are talking with someone before my call

Hello.

My shipment (D[protected] is out for delivery on 6th march at 9am. Receiver is waiting for the parcel as it is very emergency. But at the end of the day they didn't deliver the call and mentioned address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)
. Addrress is absolutely right because sent to same address in the past also. And today on 7th also it is out for delivery. But still no respnse. We were worried so tried to reach dtdc via phone call. They gave the number of andheri, mumbai dtdc branch. I called the person. She said shipment is out for delivery and she gave delivery guy's number ajay ([protected]). I called him he said that parcel is with another guy. I didn't even touch that parcel. I just said the receiver apartment name. He said that parcel is not with me. Its with another guy. I asked the other guy's number. He said i dnt have. I will call after 15 mins. But his phone is switched off for half an hr. I got a message saying he is available to take calls. So tried reaching him. He is not lifting the call. So i tried reaching andheri, mumbai dtdc branch person ([protected]) but she is not lifting the calls too! But when i tried reaching her. It says she is in another calls. But when i tried reaching her. She is not lifting at all. I believe they did something to the parcel. Thats why they are not lifting calls.

Please help. It is very urgent. Tomorrow is sunday, day after tomorrow is holi.. I need it to be delivered by 8th. Its very urgent. Branch person says its with delivery guy. Delivery guy says i dont even know that parcel. Its with other guy what to do? Please help
