Dear Sirs, This is to bring to your notice that the DTDC office located at Lamlong Bazar, Manipur always ask consignees to collect the packages from their office on the ground of lack of staff. As we use courier service for home delivery of products, it is pointless to open a branch if you can not employ delivery boys. Kindly look seriously into the matter. In the past I requested online marketers to avoid sending articles through particular courier agencies who has defaulted on timely delivery. Regards, Dr. L.
