DTDC Courier & Cargo — none of the contact details work | |||||
Hi, my name is chandrashekar s from hyderabad. I am expecting a shipment and when i checked the status this morning, the shipment has arrived in hyd at 8:26 am and after that there is no update on the shipment. I tried calling all the customer care numbers that is being provided on the dtdc website and there is no one who is picking up the calls. I also sent email to the customer care but till now there is no reply. It is so unfortunate that dtdc being such a popular organization could go to the level of cheating the customers by providing all wrong contact details on their website and i guess that it is just for eyewash that these numbers are being provided and the customers are taken for a big ride.
