DTDC Courier & Cargo — Not deliver courier from 22 may to now

I have sent a courier from dtdc on 22may2020 courier no d90942452 at the time of sending they asked me 5days it will receive in bangalore and after 2-3 days i have not found any status online for this courier no. Then i called to rg complex pahar ganj delhi office their contact no is [protected] and [protected] then after 2-3 days they changed courier no. D59041758. And yesterday i called them and they said today 27may2020 you will receive it in bangalore but i am still not received it yet later they said i will received it on 1june2020 on monday i am still not received it and i am contacting with rg complex staff they are not reply properly and disconnect call constantly. My goods it very urgent my client calling in every 10minute please solve my problem and cancelled my order kindly please tell me who will pay that money i have make loss of 25000rs buyer i asking to return that money to him because of buyer still not received parcel yet. We have sent seasonal item mask and it’s price day by day goes down. Nobody is giving proper reply and status for that courier parcel. Whenever i call to dtdc office they just say tomorrow arrive.

I have made complaint against dtdc in consumer court complaint no is 2031504 because i have not receiving right response from dtdc courier and everyday they are saying tomorrow arrive.
