This is what i got as message when i was tracking my product.
Your shipment no z95769374, by dtdc is attempted on 30-03-19, not delivered due to last mile misroute - (Otr). Track @ http://tinyurl.com/y5fxn9wt
I ordered a cricket bat from meerut.
I am a resident of iiser kolkata and the seller sent the bat through dtdc courier on 27/03/19.
When i was tracking it today (30/03) i got this message even though i had provided correct details. I m very upset with dtdc service

My courier with tracking number Z05337885 has not been delievered yet its been a month now..the online tracking is just showing in transit from 24th july and today it is 12 august.the courier contains my DMC which is urgently needed to me ..when my courier will be delievered ..so pathetic service
