DTDC Courier & Cargo — Not delivered (mis route)

I have sent a document via AWB No. Z00490599 to Hyderabad from Jaipur on 18-Oct-2016. But till today (14-Nov-2016) it is neither delivered to the requested address nor returned back. Kindly help me to fix the issue.

I've been waiting for this courier since last 2 days. But now it shows mis route! Instead of warangal, they sent it to Vijayawada and it's still at Vijayawada since yesterday. Did they lost my courier? Any hopes of getting it delivered. I tried to reach out customer service, but switched off it says and so I sent a mail to customer support, but no response. Why your service is so pathetic. It's driving me nuts. It contains important documents and I need them as soon as possible. I've booked it on 10 Feb, but it shows 12 Feb. Whatever happened is happened, please let me know when my courier will be forwarded to destination? I doubt that this service lost my courier once again. I won't reccomend this service ever again. Hate dtdc! No once from customer service responding at all.

My courier (important documents) from Amritsar with tracking no Z58206506 is not delivered. It was received at Gurgaon Hub on 24th Mar and now the status is shown as "Not Delivered (MIS ROUTE)".
