DTDC Courier & Cargo — not delivering to doorstep, they want us to come and pickup at their office and updated wrong status (incomplete address)

Hi, we booked a courier with dtdc having tracking number h97813598, i got out for delivery status and after some time they called me and told me to collect the parcel at their office, which is far from my village. We are paing huge amounts to get the doorstep service. Instead of not delivering at my doorstep, they updated false comments -"(Address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)". They are so arrogant, they are asking me to come and collect, if you need it. If you people couldn't provide the service, you shouldn't accept at the time of booking itself. They can't go out side, so we booked courier service. Still you are asking us to come. What is the use of your courier service then?
I need that parcel to be delivered at my door step as promised.
