DTDC Courier & Cargo — Not delivery on time and never deliver to home address | |||||
Hi, I have waited so many days for my order to delivered to my home. The consignment which i order from Amazon website and they have given a expected day of delivery. And expected date cross but still not received so, finally i went to DTDC Imphal, Thangal Bazar and i enquire about my order so they gave me a mobile no and directed me to collect my stuff from DTDC airport (which is around 15 to 20 km from home). This is actually a harassment to the consumer. In the earlier time courier people used to delivered any package to their home. But now they don't exist anymore. So, I requested to all that if they can't delivered the other package then why they pretending to be working as a courier service. Please close such courier. If they are working as a courier then they should delivery other package otherwise it is better to close. Was this information helpful? | |||||
