DTDC Courier & Cargo — not getting courier on time | |||
Dear sir, Our courier booked from mumbai through tracking no m71893103 on 8/11/2018. From last 4 days it is in transit. Now today it is reached at aurangabad hub. After going to dtdc nirala bazar office your officer said that it will take 3 hrs to provide this documents. No one is supporting in office for timely delivery. Because of non getting this courier documents on time i am paying irctc fine charges. Who is responsible for this delay.
