I jave done the courrier from kolkata to guwhati.. Hence my consignment number says invalid.. I am not able to track my product.. When i called the sender office they told me the product has not been input in guwhaati thtas why consignment number is not working.. But i did not find any logice on it.. And send is changing their statement everytime.. Kolkata dtdc is telling me guwahti is on lockdown.. But so far i know from 19th of july all courrier service and everythng is e-service are valid.. And just to cross check i call the guwahti headoffice of dtdc.. And they are saying its ooen.. I am compltly harashed by yhis dtdc service.. Very bad experience.. No one is helping..
