DTDC Courier & Cargo — Package is in transit mode for last 3 days

Hi, we have given a parcel to dtdc on 05/05/21 7:00pm and opted for one day delivery. and they told, package will be consider for 06/05/21 for courier. and based on their input, my package should have been reached by 07/05/2021. but still the package is showing in transit mode from the package receiving location. and we called multiple times and raised complaint about package. but no one is aware of where my package is. it contains valuable thing. and the tracking id for my consignment is V62097971. even we reached the dot centre where we given our consignment but he also not ware of the package. I don't know whom to contact now to know the status of my package.
