This is Lakshminarayana I parceled my new Apple data cable from
Hyderabad Manikonda branch to native place Narayanapuram branch in Andhra Pradesh and we received it on may01st with damaged cable which is not working condition and then on next day I went to shop located on Manikonda where I send courier they respond saying we don’t know there is no fault from our side I took snap before sending courier from their shop and shown to them but they said we don’t know
I went to shop to please respond on it as it is new one which was Send through courier due to panademic
Kindly please do the needful

One courier shipped to Hubballi Karnataka from Mumbai on 28th April has reached Hubballi in 1st May itself. But so far not delivered.

I have a most importnt and very urgent parcel through DTDC Courier,
They delivered my parcel to the wrong place/pin code.kindly look my mention concignee pin code no (246001) and they are delivered to the wrong pin code no 249201
I am complaining to DTDC Customer care (complain no:[protected] that they didn't receive the parcel that I will sent to
Leeway Handicraft, Mandakhal, P.O.Bubakhal, PAURI UTTARAKHAND 246001.
where I have given all these evidence, why is it taking so much time,

I packed two luggage with books and copies(weighted about 67 kg) and it was delivered today. To my surprise, it was delivered to me when it was raining and almost 50% of the things that was inside the two bag was completely wet. May be it was kept open outside without any care for at least 2-3 hours. I have spent almost 5000 and in return I got this type of service. It's ridiculous!

I booked a consingment to transfer from Trivandrum to Azamgarh U.P. After 7 days I got a call ([protected]) from DTDC center at Delhi (probably wrong) informing my curior is stuck and need to make payment of 5 Rs. for release. Then they sent a link for payment (image 1) and once I clicked got to add only bank name, mob number, amount plus UPI pin (image 2). Then they send a msg (image 3) asking it to forward on their number ([protected]) and then they withdraw all money from my account 3700. In this the bank RBL is involve as I got msg from their linking of my bank (image 4 A & B). I know its small amount and investigation team wont pay attention but I heard them in background and they are doing with many as it was sounding like a full call centre where many calls were managed. This fraud is continuing and I truly belive that DTDC employe have role in-this regarding leak of consignment details (Name, Tracking number, item, address, phone number, delivery time). So my complain is first to suie DTDC for leaking our valuable information and second tracking down those scammers who are fooling most of the poor people in this crisis situation.

My one request to investigation team please take this matter seriously and do the needful because India is not getting safer for inocent people as it was earlier, so change is nessesary. Please do your best and I belive in new goverment policies and prompt reaction so hae hope but lets see if you put my hope down or up.

I will try my best to aware other people using online platform like my blog, twitter, FB etc but know your action will make more difference than mine.

DTDC team is not replying. I tried all numbers.

Dear Sir,

I would like to lure your attention to an important issue that I have faced lately due to your services. My Company sent me a courier on (20.04.2021) and company members told me your courier packet is recived in solan mall road office please collect the your packet but my company all ready pay in home delivey charge to DTDC courier
but dtdc courier company boy not deliver my courier in my home address and my all courier packet broken received and open condication all image attached in mail. my shipment no AWB No D77062783 Total box 06 No D77062948 Total Box 01 No

Kindly cont the Solan Mall Road DTDC Office Himachal Pradesh next time all courier deliver in my home address let me know my contact number is ([protected]).

Hi, my parcel X70835294 has not been delivered and is showing status as " Not Delivered(RESTRICTED ENTRY-(OTR))". But the delivery person didn't even come to gate of the housing complex. Due to covid restrictions he will not be allowed in but he can leave the package with the guard.

My consignment is urgent and hasnt reached within Pune.This was fast track shipment to be sent by Monday 3rd May 2021.

The website shows Not Delivered(CONSIGNMENT REDIRECTED).

Dtdc office (Chikmagalur Karnataka) is not delivering my parcel to home. There is lockdown. Police is strict for moving people unnecessarily. The courier services have got permission to deliver but they are not delivering. They are very rude and aggressive people. Kindly take action

I booked a consignment from Kolkata to be delivered to Mumbai, on 27th April 2021. The envelope was to be delivered to the office of Sharekhan, an established brokerage firm with a well-known office. After tracking the consignment with the AWB no I found out that it was not delievered, reason cited, that recipient has shifted from the office. But Sharekhan is very much operating from their long-time headoffice and have not shifted at all, looks like the delivery agent did not even try to visit the delivery address, given the pandemic situation. But then, tracking status should not have been stated as "recipient shifted, " which is false.

Dear sir, my company send me courier in plus service and they charge for Rs 700 . the product reaches in 10 hours from ballabgarh to patiala.. but patiala branch take two days always to send patiala to samana just 30 km . They have very poor service.. i suffer this problem for third time . Kindly enhance your service asap. Thanks

It was supposed to get delivered by 30t April but now the tracking status is showing that the package was not delivered because the address was incomplete or wrong but this could not happen as I had mentioned the right address. Also I had mentioned the phone numbers of both sender and receiver and they didn't bother to call the person and confirm.
That package contains very important documents which needs to be delivered at the earliest.
Please help me so that the package can reach the right destination and doesn't get lost in transition.
