I sent a parcel with eatables on 31/12/2018. Till date it is not delivered after repeated requests and the assurances from the office. It's been out for delivery for the past one week. Yesterday evening they said that they will deliver this morning. So far nothing has happened. The agents in visakhapatnam and hyderabad have been very insensitive to my repeated phone calls. Dear Sir.
Please help our do.no. M72492086 booked on 27/12/2018 from Nagpur wadi MH to Bangalore it's showing delivered on 04/01/2019 but it was not delivered in our office. And no body is ready to give us correct answer according to this.

I didnt get my parcel on 26 dec marghirita courier center dtdc called me your parcel is in marghirita but thy didn't send the parcel further jagun dtdc center and the dtdc courier boy was very rude behaviour

Some important documents was sent through it from Delhi on 19dec2018, which was to be delivered on 21dec2018, as it was sent on urgent. But I received on 3 jan2019, after 2 weeks because of which my passport appointment got cancelled. Very bad service. I asked for a refund but they the staff was disrespectful.
