DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel did not reach destination but status shows 'delivered' | |||||
It is frustrating to state that CN no. B29771001 has not been received by the recipient and the the status shows delivered. These are medicines that are costly and were not available at my home town and I had to send those to my parents in Jamtara, Jharkhand from Bangalore. We got that couriered on 26th Feb 2016 but it has not reached even after these 12 days. DTDC at Jamtara say they have not received this package and it is somewhere in Patna and sometime they say they have no idea where the package is. Mails to DTDC customer support team are not being answered. Can someone help locate the package get that delivered to the correct recipient please! Was this information helpful? | |||||
