During the delivery, the delivery agent held the package over his head with a single hand and fell down in front of everyone's eye over the road just because of the lack of proper handling of the package.
I accepted the delivery as I was aware of the packaging, and anticipated there would not be any harm. And intimated to the delivery boy that if there is any problem ill raise the claim.
The product was damaged while unpacking, and I asked for compensation.
Now they are not responding at all.

We have already raised the concern to the DTDC office within the 48hrs.
However, After too many calls they asked us to raise a case on the damage claim portal.

We have confirmed from Bareilly team said shipment delivered in intact receiving condition. There is no damaged remark received. We have also checked Delivery Run sheet copy. There is no damaged remark mentioned on DRS copy from consignee's side, at the time of delivery receiving.

Who said the packaging was not good? it was intact that's y I took the delivery even though your agent dropped the package from more than 6 feet in height.
Bareilly team should admit their fault... it's not the customer's concern.
As a customer, I can support you guys by not creating unnecessary issues but if the product actually got damaged that's y I am taking the action.
Let me tell you what exactly had happened at that time:
During the delivery, your delivery agent held the package over his head with a single hand and fell down in front of everyone's eye over the road just because of the lack of the proper handling of the package.
If that guy himself has taken proper precautions then this would have not happened at all.
Rather than admitting your fault, you guys are saying it's not your fault and getting out of the issue.
For clarification, you can go with the attachment as well, its the recording between your delivery agent after 2 days of delivery admitting it was dropped by him and criticizing the packing.
