DTDC Courier & Cargo — parcel missing, worst service | |||
On[protected] we have send a parcel to andhra pradesh, kurnool dt. (Consignment no:v[protected] but still now customer not yet receive any parcel. We have raised an complaint in madurai ho and inform to branch incharge mr. Vinoth but he doesn't respond. Ver very worst service by dtdc courier service and their employees. My package was not yet delivered but in tracking portal showing as delivered. i continuesly tried with customer care but i didnt get any proper response.
