DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel not delivered | |||||
I have booked a parcel to be delivered from Noida to Varanasi under 2kg weight category (dated 23/01/17). I was told that the parcel will reach in three working days. I am writing this on 31st Jan and there is no clue where parcel is gone. I have called twice to DTDC office Noida sector 62(TOT Mall). Every time they ask me the details of address n stuff but no action or response coming my way. Very Unprofessional Staff telling me that their cargo van might be stuck in legal issues with no sense of responsibility, also pretending as if it is very obvious. These guys are very frustrating; they do not bother about your parcel neither they value time. Value of parcel and criticality of arrival time is out of window once you chose DTDC. To my surprise there is no place on their website where you can lodge your complain or can get someone to investigate why your package is not delivered or went missing.
