DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel not delivered on the address mentioned by the sender on the parcel

I booked my parcel on 26th June 2025 at vasai but the parcel has travel around Mumbai but not taken to the mentioned address on the parcel.

First the parcel was sent to Bhandup then it was directly to some place know as Tulsidham. Now the parcel is back to the processing center.

The parcel has been everywhere but nowhere close to the address mentioned. They also changed the Pincode when I clearly mentioned the Pincode which is 400080 but they changed it to 400610.

The customer care also does answer any emails sent. They only raise tickets. Pathetic service. Please help

The recipient is will to go collect the parcel. But we don’t know from where. Please help.
