DTDC Courier & Cargo — parcel not delivered yet every time it was showing could not attempt (dir)

My DTDC consignment no X31754013 was supposed to reach Bangalore today. It was an urgent rakhi package and it showed "out for delivery" all day long. But now it shows, "not delieverd- could not attempt (dir)"
What does that even mean? Tomorrow is Rakhi. Please make sure it reaches by morning tomorrow.

My consignment number C20404519 was supposed to reach yesterday itself and today they post status not deliverable DIR what's this?? Why do you repeat this often

My consignment number D21577994 was supposed to reach yesterday but it was showing like dir. Please make sure it reaches destination( Tanuku) .I will come and pick up as my area don't have DTDC fecility please solve this problem.

ITS showing "could not attempt ". Its an urgent parcel kindly look into the issue.

My DTDC percel tracking shows it was out of delivery in this morning by at around 5pm it now showing "could not attempt" and hence it is not delivered. I can not contact any delivery partner as there is no phone no.please make sure it will be delivered by tomorrow at any cost as the percel is so urgent for me.please take action against it.

I would like to bring to your notice about consignment no. B18991276 from morning 5 am it will show as out for delivery, however at night around 9:30 they will put status as not delivered could not attempt neither they give any call to the recipient, raised a complaint, ticket has been raised called customer care so many times still there is no update and not delivered yet, today also from morninf they have update the status as out for delivery EoD they will definately update it as not delivered .
please help me it will be of great help

When will I get my parcel yrr.
Only the work of dtdc is to make people frustrate continously, by seeing the their update, and at last we get the update could not attempt,
