Hello my name is shashi kumar from palampur hp, the parcel with tracking number z24636002 booked from 7 june 2017 delhi to palampur (Hp) pin code 176061 and is not received till date. The parcel is not received at its destination. Now the status showing as a tag of not delivered/no service from pincode 176001. Why the parcel is not sent to 176061 from 176001 from 5 days?
