DTDC Courier & Cargo — pathetic service | |
This is to know you that dtdc silchar, assam branch is providing pathetic service to customers where they have picked up a courier vide consignment number: k34299382 on 29th of may 2020 for kolkata but till date the consignment is not delivered. I have been checking the consignment online regularly but no data is updated in tracking system. I have been trying to call the dtdc office silchar from last few days but they are not bothered to reply on call, number keeps on ringing. This is so ridiculous service ever i receive from a big courier service like dtdc. Plz take the appropriate action on the cited matter and provide my consignment which is a very vital documents.
