Dear Team, We sent one courier from your E 28, Hauz khas office from which we have a corporate tie up for courier service. Since yesterday your site is showing as delivered successfully but the parcel has yet not reached the destination. Nobody is helping for the same. If we have to do follow ups for every courier sent, then its difficult to work with DTDC as there are number of courier service providers in the market.
