DTDC Courier & Cargo — poor service & over commitment

Calls were never taken, comitted to deliver in 3 days, goods reached in a useless condition, the goods itself costed rs.1500/- courrier charged rs.1700/- whom to complain (Despatch receipt no. B47696378 dt.7 th sep)
Delivered on 18 th at 12.30 pm

Thanks for reply, the mail was to inform you that... Dtdc is a company of poor reputation, dtdc never cares for the public, i booked a parcel on 7th sep from sirsi karnataka for kalyan near mumbai, i was promised delivery in 3 days, but the good reached me on 18 th sep.in a damaged condition, the goods itself costed me rs.1500/- i was charged rs.1700/-, the delay has caused me a loss of money and time, dtdc does not take calls, the customer servcis are worst by any standard, i wish to take the matter to the consumer forum, the last option left, if you track the number you will know... How these bunch of monkeys work.

You have to protect your image in india, dtdc is a cheat, their directors cell & contact numbers are never displayed on any web you may check this too.

I await your action please...
