DTDC Courier & Cargo — product is broken and delivered | |||
I have received the courier v35546387 on 28 july but opened it today. It was clearly mentioned that the parcel is fragile and has product worth rs 2000 still i got the parcel fully broken. Will i get my product value refunded because the product is of no use now and has to be repaired spending a lot of money. My tracking number for parcel is C76670497, and in the recipt filled by courier boy d delivery address was in Ludhiana punjab pin-141003. But i am tracking it it is showi.g pin destination code 414003...this is a very serious mistake from your side.pls take necessary action immediately and deliver courier on right address in Ludhiana.
