This is to inform you that this complain is going from apr'18 & still not getting any resolution. I raised the complaints on jago grahak & consumer affair.gov.in but there is no resolution. Now, i am trying my luck with you hoping that my issue will be resolved.
This is my complaint about the courier service which, i had opted to get my product delivered from noida to jammu. It was little expensive gift for my mom's birthday of rs. 2500/- which, they received totally broken. This shows your irresponsible/carelessness behavior towards your customer. I was under impression that dtdc is the best courier service provider throughout the country/world but after receiving badly damaged product. I must that i was wrong.
Now, this is my request/appeal you to please compensate me for the same so that i may give my mom same gift again through other resources.
Later, they called me up in their office where they badly treated me & mr. Nirendra threatened me that he will not compensate even he had confirmed the item content before booked it. I am really pissed off requesting you to please help me out. Was this information helpful? |
