DTDC Courier & Cargo — refusal to deliver | |||||
A shipment as booked from bangalore to goa on monday, november 19th using dtdc courier services. It has not yet been delivered to the final address. The package has reached the dtdc mapusa office but the mapusa office is refusing to deliver to the final address in aldona. According to both the panjim and mapusa offices of dtdc courier services, the pincode is no longer serviced and goods are no longer delivered there. Upon asking why the package was taken in the first place if the pincode is not serviced, the staff began to yell and scream asking me to call the bangalore dtdc office and ask them to explain. This is ridiculous and a complete waste of time for me. It is also exploitative since dtdc has charged for a service but is refusing to provide the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Please look into the issue. The shipment was given by Grofers to DTDC and I don't see any update on the same.
