I am filing this complaint against DTDC Courier for repeated delivery failures and false tracking status updates.
Over the past several weeks, DTDC has consistently marked my parcels as "delivered" or "recipient unavailable" despite:
1. No delivery attempts being made
2. No contact from delivery personnel
3. Parcels still being undelivered or misplaced
This is not an isolated case but a recurring issue that reflects gross negligence and misinformation. I have contacted DTDC multiple times, but there has been no meaningful resolution or accountability.
This has caused significant inconvenience, delay in critical shipments, and erosion of trust in their service.
Request:
1. Immediate investigation and resolution of the pending consignments
2. A written explanation for the false updates
3. Compensation for the repeated service failures and inconvenience caused
