DTDC Courier & Cargo — request for compensation of item damaged in parcel no h19861893

Hi,

My name is krishna nethinti. I have booked a courier on 28.07.2020 to srikakulam for delivery of my boxed lcd tv. Tracking no: h19861893. On 04.08.2020 the addressee got a call from local dtdc centre narasannapeta regarding selfie pickup of item. Although it was supposed to delivered to the address, addressee was forced to self pick up the item. By the time the addressee took the parcel to his home and opened it he found the tv screen was broken beyond repair. I have attached the images of damaged tv. Addressee approached the local dtdc centre several times for the explaination for the damages but there is no proper response from them. Even i approached the dtdc centre from which i booked the courier even they are not resoonding properly. By seeing at the item it is evident that the damage is caused due to negligence and wrong handling. Please look in to the matter and solve the issue.
