[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — Sending the item to wrong address instead of my address

I placed an order from ibuychemiclas Chennai for a chemical n-heptane on Jan 2024 that was supposed to be delivered to my address in Bangalore. Tracking on ibuychemiclas website showed courier tracking no. DTDC 7D3238332. On tracking the courier on DTDC website, i found an item being delivered to some wrong address in Chennai. I communicated the same to DTDC on 13th Jan. They replied to me that they would enquire and raised the ticket. Shockingly the resolution to the ticket raised was it was delivered to someone. These DTDC is irresponsible and should immediately send the item to my address and pay damages.
